Bits And Pieces.

I'm going to be selling a few of my crafty projects online pretty soon, as soon as I have enough things finished to facilitate a bit of a shop. One of my favourites so far? Robot embroidered table place mats. I'm still working on a set of four, but I kind of love a good robot.

Dave claims that owls are now 'a thing' and that I am obsessed with them. I say, that's impossible! It's simply a natural progression from my love of birds and trees. The other day when we went to check out a coffee table at St. Vinnies, we discovered this amazing owl pot holder. Who wanted to buy it? DAVE.

Since it's bits and pieces, here are some of our new second hand books, most of which fall under the category 'wanted to read/should have read by now but just haven't gotten around to it'. My picks? Adiga, Rushdie, Morrison, Desai... One of these things just doesn't belong here. I appear to be having a bit of an indian fetish going on or something.
